Goods return procedure
It is essential to request a return authorization number (RMA) from our technical office. The request must be expressed by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org providing detailed information on the defect or anomaly found.
RMA requests must be complete with the return address of the goods, a name and a reference email to contact for technical information.
A copy of the RMA form, signed and accepted, must be visibly applied outside of the package.
Returns will not be accepted without our RMA number or with shipping costs. In such cases the shipment will be rejected.
Fastmedia Srl assumes no responsibility for the data contained in any storage medium, therefore we recommend a preventive backup before sending the goods for repair.
For repairs out of warranty we will send a quote which must be returned signed for acceptance.
If you do not accept the repair quote, you can opt for scrapping (no charge) or for returning the unrepaired device with shipping costs charged to you.
The waybill must indicate as reason of transport ” TO REPAIR“.
For all repaired products, a three-month warranty coverage is applied, relating only to the defect for which we intervened.
If no fault is found you will be charged of the REPAIR ANALYSIS COST of € 40 + VAT, this is also valid for products under warranty.
The shipment to our office is paid by the sender. Fastmedia Srl does not assume any responsibility for damage occurred during transport.
