The request must be expressed by writing an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@goandbuy.eu\">info@goandbuy.eu<\/a> providing detailed information on the defect or anomaly found.<\/p>\n<p>RMA requests must be complete with the return address of the goods, a name and a reference email to contact for technical information.<\/p>\n<p>A copy of the RMA form, signed and accepted, must be visibly applied outside of the package.<\/p>\n<p>Returns will not be accepted without our RMA number or with shipping costs. In such cases the shipment will be rejected.<\/p>\n<p>Fastmedia Srl assumes no responsibility for the data contained in any storage medium, therefore we recommend a preventive backup before sending the goods for repair.<\/p>\n<p>For repairs out of warranty we will send a quote which must be returned signed for acceptance.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not accept the repair quote, you can opt for scrapping (no charge) or for returning the unrepaired device with shipping costs charged to you.<\/p>\n<p>The waybill must indicate as reason of transport &#8221; <strong>TO REPAIR<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For all repaired products, a three-month warranty coverage is applied, relating only to the defect for which we intervened.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If no fault is found you will be charged of the <strong>REPAIR ANALYSIS COST of \u20ac 40 + VAT<\/strong>, this is also valid for products under warranty.<\/p>\n<p>The shipment to our office is paid by the sender.
